Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks

street noise inconvenient bathroom
The noise level from the street was a major issue. Loud music and people shouting continued late into the night. It was impossible to sleep before very late even with the window closed! the private bathroom was outside of the room. That was inconvenient.

Convenient and central

central location walking distance equipped kitchen
The location is perfect for restaurants in the city center. The bus station is a short walk from the apartments. I found all attractions within walking distance, including the Castle and River Ness Walk. A supermarket next door made it easy to stock up for self-catering in the well-equipped kitchen.
The stairs WERE quite a climb with luggage.
Service
9/10
The instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. The building now has a sign, easy to locate. Communication was quick and helpful.
Rooms
9/10
The room was beautiful and included a private bathroom.. The shower room was excellent, and heating worked very well. Bar stools and a table added convenience. Dressing gowns provided a bonus.

Central stay with shared kitchen

central location equipped kitchen reasonable size
The hotel had a central location near restaurants and shops. I appreciated the well-equipped, shared kitchen. My room was reasonably sized, and the bathroom was adequate. (A big plus for me).
Access to the room presented a challenge. The newly installed security system initially malfunctioned. It took multiple attempts and about 45 minutes to gain entry one evening. This issue disrupted the relaxation I expected.
Dining
9/10
The hotel provides access to a shared kitchen with ample space for cooking full meals. Several appliances are available including a microwave, oven, and stovetop. a large refrigerator for storing groceries.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel is situated in the town center, convenient to dining, shopping, and attractions. The room had modern decor and high ceilings. double-glazed windows that kept it quiet despite the location.
